2. Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the price was listed in error.
3. Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices, but not for orders already confirmed.
4. Products
Our fragrances are cosmetic products for external use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep away from children, eyes and open flame; fragrance contains alcohol and is flammable. Full ingredients are listed on our Ingredients and safety page.

6. Intellectual property
STOA is a registered trade mark of STOA FRAGRANCE LTD. All site content, imagery and copy belongs to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Liability
We don't limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
