The sample and the guarantee
What exactly do I get?
Your bottle, plus a sample of that same fragrance. Not a random scent. the one you ordered, so you can test the thing you're deciding about.
What if I don't like it?
Return the bottle within 30 days with the product carton seal intact and we'll refund it in full. Keep the sample. We cover return postage.
What counts as "sealed"?
The seal on the product carton. the box the bottle comes in. The outer shipping box is meant to be opened, so that doesn't matter.
How do I return something?
Email us and we'll send a prepaid returns label as a QR code. No printer needed. just show it at any Post Office. Full details on our returns page.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 2 working days, and Royal Mail Tracked 48 typically delivers within 2–3 working days of dispatch — so most orders arrive within 5 working days. You'll get a tracking link by email.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on all UK orders.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not yet. Fragrance is classed as a flammable good and international shipping carries restrictions we haven't solved properly yet. We'd rather do it right than badly. join our list and we'll tell you when we can.
The fragrances
Are they unisex?
Yes. We don't split our fragrances by gender.
How long do they last?
That depends more on your skin than on the fragrance. everyone is different, which is exactly why we send a sample rather than quote you a number.
